Financial Administration Section

Job Description of Financial Administration Section:

1. To assist the Planning Branch in the formulation of general and development budgets.

2. Doing work related to economic transactions according to prevailing laws and regulations.

3. Spend the allocated budget according to the rules and keep regular accounts.

4. To prepare a report taking into account the income (revenue) received and the expenses incurred in the office and sending it to the responsible body bearing the responsibility of all financial transactions.

5. Prepare, internal, and respond to annual financial statements, and irregular finances.

6. Timely response to irregularities pointed out by the audit, and correction of irregularities.

7. Acting on financial transactions assigned by the head of the office and giving opinions to the head of the office on financial transactions.
