Objectives

• Formulating periodic and annual plans, and preparing annual programs.
• Chemical testing of minerals.
• Administering the administrative, financial, and personnel administration of the department.

Main Roles

• To carry out analytical and research activities of minerals obtained from mining and collection.
• Providing office administration and office-related services.
• Mobilizing technical and administrative manpower to make the civil service effective.
• To conduct financial transactions on a regular basis, to keep up-to-date records of financial transactions, and to conduct audits.
