Job description of Planning Program Information Section

• Formulate periodical and annual programs for the development of mineral resources and request the necessary budget for the same from related agencies in coordination with all departments.
• Providing geological maps and basic data that are useful for the development of mineral wealth and physical infrastructure from geological surveys, mineral exploration and study, and earthquake and seismic research work.
• Publish annual reports, field reports, newsletters, press, other booklets, etc., and inform everyone about the activities of the department.
• Coordinating necessary to conduct departmental approved programs.
• To inform the general public about development programs and services provided by the department.
• Providing library and documentation (archives) services and providing appropriate and necessary information.
• Preparing the progress of edited programs and submitting it to the Ministry-level problem-solving committee.
