Administration Section looks after all the administrative works in the department.

Carry out daily staff and logistical administrative functions of the department.

Provide policy and regulatory recommendations related to reforms in the civil service administrative system.

Submit requests to the Public Service Commission for filling vacant positions in the department and subordinate offices through promotion and open competition.

Update and maintain detailed records of all employees of the department and subordinate offices, including property declarations and other files.

Update the list of all potential candidates eligible for promotion within the service group of the department.

Manage matters related to appointment, transfer, promotion, voluntary retirement, allowances, pensions, incentives, career development, disciplinary actions, and termination of employees under the department.
